Vegan scrambled tofu and "bacon" on toast

Ask and you shall receive. Wilbur gets to live another day, and you get to indulge in some healthy and nutritious sea bacon

Seaweed that tastes like bacon - isn't nature great? 



  • Mix tofu spices together in a small bowl
  • Pan fry spring onion and garlic for a couple of minutes with olive oil
  • Add crumbled tofu and top with spice mix
  • Stir and scramble for 3-4 minutes
  • Meanwhile toast granary bread and spread with dairy-free spread
  • Fry Isea bacon leaves in plenty of hot oil for 20-40 seconds per side (don’t let it burn)
  • Serve scrambled tofu and Isea bacon on toast
